Job Duties:

• 1year of experience as LPN or LVN
• BLS certified
• Recording a child’s medical history accurately
• Taking and recording measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Observing patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team

Any other description or criteria for the candidate: must provide a copy of a negative COVID-19 test result with the sample being taken one week or less prior to the start date on all contract assignments. Results must be in hand in order to start the contract assignment. All employees are required to have their first vaccination shot by their start date and will have 30 days from the first dose date to receive the second shot. If they do not have the second shot completed and uploaded within 30 days of the first dose, they will need to be pulled from work until uploaded.
